Yeasty, nutty and mushroomy aroma of pomaceous fruit and red fruits with vegetable tones. Nutty, yeasty and somewhat smoky in the mouth, medium-fine mousseux and some grip, bacony nuances, mushrooms, pepper and root vegetables in the background, delicate, harmonious Dosage sweetness, hints of cocoa, good persistence, very good finish.
