Vegetal, nutty, yeasty and mushroomy scent with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a little herbs and hints of smoke. Ripe, juicy, smoky-spicy fruit, yeasty, nutty and herbal-vegetable notes, a hint of pepper, fine mousseux, delicate grip of crumbly tannin, floral nuances, a hint of wine gum, some warmth and sweet melting, red berry traces, a hint of caramel, very good finish.
