Translate to English Hefiger und etwas nussiger, auch leicht karamelliger Duft nach weißem Gemüse und mürbem Kernobst mit feiner grüner Würze im Hintergrund. Reife, recht saftige, schmelzige Frucht mit deutlich hefiger Würze und weiß-gemüsigen Aromen, nachhaltig und recht kräftig, feines Mousseux, altholzige und erdige Noten, leicht süßlich am Gaumen, Karamellige Töne, gute Nachhaltigkeit, sehr gute Substanz, leicht wärmend am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
