Feinsaftige, reife, würzige Frucht im Mund, nussige und hefige Aromen, eine Spur Karamell, sehr feines Mousseux, nachhaltig und schmelzig am Gaumen, holzige Noten mit an Nougat erinnernden Aromen, etwas kräuterige und gewürzige Töne, sehr guter Abgang.
