Ripe, mature pomaceous fruit and some red berries on the nose, yeasty and nutty notes, floral traces. Elegant, juicy polished fruit on the palate, elegant spicy, yeasty notes and very fine, restrained mousse, good persistence, nutty and yeasty traces, medium body, fairly creamy, very harmonious and refreshing, very good finish.
