Cool, firm and quite deep, yeasty, delicately smoky and hinted at woody nose with very fine yellow fruity, floral and nutty aromas. Densely knitted, quite juicy fruit, nutty to delicately woody and yeasty aromas, very fine mousseux, persistent on the palate, has substance and depth, very delicate dosage sweetness, red berry hints in the background, a hint of smoke, floral hints, fine grip of crumbly tannin, excellent balance, very good, juicy, quite complex finish. A pleasure.
