Citrus fruit nad apples on the nose, mineral notes, light vegetal and yeasty notes. Yeasty again on the palate with fairly prominent nutty notes, very fine mousse, fruit of mealy apples and light citrus notes, totally dry style, very persistent, fairly deep, long finish.
