Slightly nutty, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and hints of bacon on the nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of wild mushrooms. Clear, firm fruit with delicately creamy, lively, yet fine acidity, has some grip, good persistence, a hint of nut butter and fennel, hints of meadow flowers and citrus zest, salty and smoky minerality, hints of mussels, very good finish with bite.
