Ethereal-herbal, nutty and smoky-bacon flavour of yellow fruit with a hint of pumpkin and yellow spice. Warm, ripe fruit with noticeable melting, a hint of hazelnut and tobacco, suitable acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty and almost stony tones, hints of pepper and dried herbs, noticeable alcohol warmth, good to very good, again ethereal-vegetable finish.
