Clear, quite polished, bright pome fruit scent with a little acacia blossom, nutty hints and a hint of honey. Quite firm, tangy fruit, dried herbal, nutty and spicy aromas, again a little acacia blossom, fine acidity, has grip, relatively powerful, mineral hints, good persistence, very good,. firm finish with smoky traces.
