Light nutty, somewhat vegetal and still slightly yeasty pome fruit scent with floral notes reminiscent of acacia blossoms and hints of light wood. Ripe, tart, somewhat melting, calm fruit, fine vegetal, nutty and delicately woody notes, very fine acidity, again a little acacia on the palate, still yeasty traces, some grip of crumbly tannin, certain alcohol warmth, very good finish with chalky and salty hints and a touch of dark berries.
