Restrained, somewhat vegetal nose with yellow fruity aromas and a hint of mushrooms. Ripe, melty, slightly warm fruit, nutty aromas, very fine acidity, some grip, persistent on the palate, again very slightly fungal, reminiscent of morels, herbaceous-vegetable notes, a hint of smoke, persistent, mineral tones, very good, firm finish
