Cool, tart, somewhat herbal-vegetable and yeasty nose with pome fruit aromas, a little white and also black berries, hints of smoke and floral nuances. Yeasty, herbaceous-vegetable and relatively fruity in the mouth, a little dark berries, floral tones, relatively aromatic type, largely dry, fine perlage, delicate grip, good persistence, smoky delicately bacony and nutty tones, ethereal traces, very good finish.
