Firm and deep, tart, somewhat herbaceous, smoky and peppery aroma with restrained, very fine yellow fruity aromas, a hint of tuna sashimi with sesame, nutty and yeasty hints, pepper, bamboo shoots and a little dark spice in the background. Taut, tangy, cool, restrained fruit, smoky, yeasty and somewhat dried herbal to tobacco notes, clear minerality, again a little dark spice, lasting, deep and complex, very much substance with little alcohol, peppery nuances, iron, deep, at the same time resting in itself and full of tension, very good to long finish. A completely new kind of Pittermännchen, darker and less nervous than before.
