2021 Dorsheim Burgberg Riesling VDP.Grosses Gewächs trocken, Nahe, Germany

Fine, very cool, polished, yet quite deep nose with bright yellow-fruity aromas, mussel shells, some salty lemon, a hint of tobacco and clear minerality. Dense and juicy in the mouth, not only bright fruit, some hazelnut and a hint of marzipan on the palate, fine vegetal notes, marbling acidity and some grip of ripe, crumbly tannin, persistent and concentrated, delicate melting, hints of bitter shells, deep mineral foundation, very good, firm, finely tart finish with cool juice.
