Firm, dense and deep, cool, polished bouquet with very fine stone fruit and citrus aromas, a hint of wasabi, herbs, shellfish and still yeasty traces. Taut, fine-juicy and tart in the mouth, polished, cool fruit, fine herbal nuances, again a hint of wasabi and a little avocado and artichoke, very fine acidity, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, nutty traces, hints of smoke, clear minerality, very good, polished, fine-juicy finish with a little avocado, coriander and pepper.
