2021 Burg Layen Hölle Riesling VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Nahe, Germany

Cool, polished and fresh citrus-stone fruit scent with delicate yeasty and hints of smoky-reductive notes, some resinous herbs and very light bacony nuances. Cool, lean, tart fruit, very fine, lively acidity and delicate grip, smoky traces, a little herbs, bright, chalky-salty minerality, persistent on the palate, elegant style, certain depth, still undeveloped, hints of wasabi in the background, has tension, very good, taut, cool and grippy finish with lots of pull.
