Nutty and yeasty aroma of pomaceous fruit and blueberries with moderate woody spice, wild mushrooms, some herbs and a hint of wasabi. Quite firm, tart-juicy fruit with lively acidity, fine mousseux and grip, slightly smoky and nutty wood tones in the background, persistent on the palate, a little wild mushrooms and dark berries, lots of salt, lemon fillets in the background, certain depth, has a certain tension and good substance, vinous type, very good, juicy, mineral and finely spicy finish with bite and a little peppery spiciness. Very skilful.
