Cool, yeasty and somewhat herbal nose with bright citrus and stone fruit aromas, hinted tobacco and nutty traces. Clear, quite polished, finely juicy fruit, yeasty, nutty and herbal aromas, fine mousse, noticeable bite and certain phenolics, good sustainability, smoky traces, some creaminess, mineral hints, very good, slightly sandy finish.

Editor note: Nutty and yeasty aroma of pomaceous fruit and blueberries with moderate woody spice, wild mushrooms, some herbs and a hint of wasabi. Quite firm, tart-juicy fruit with lively acidity, fine mousseux and grip, slightly smoky and nutty wood tones in the background, persistent on the palate, a little wild mushrooms and dark berries, lots of salt, lemon fillets in the background, certain depth, has a certain tension and good substance, vinous type, very good, juicy, mineral and finely spicy finish with bite and a little peppery spiciness. Very skilful.
