Quite firm, quite clearly herbaceous-vegetable and still somewhat yeasty aroma with restrained yellow-fruity aromas and mineral hints. Quite juicy, tightly knit, sweet fruit, herbal and yeasty notes, distinct minerality, persistent, has grip and bite, good depth, has tension, quite complex, very good, tight, very juicy and mineral finish, again with grip
