2015 Dorsheim Burgberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Nahe, Germany

Still totally undeveloped on the nose, very firm and deep, yeasty and prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, tart, elegant, yellow fruit, touch of broccoli, prominent mineral notes. Tart and very firm on the palate, firm acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, fairly prominent fine tannins, fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, rather cold, steely style, concentrated, precise and persistent, tremendously vibrant, yeasty notes, and fairly prominent salty mineral notes, razor-sharp contours, excellent depth, hint of tobacco, slightly rough on a very good, long, tart, firm finish. Needs time to mature.
