Fest, klar und geradlinig, recht saftig, präsente, aber sehr gut eingebundene Holzwürze, lebendige Säure, griffige Mineralik im Hintergrund, kräftiger Körper, gutes Fett, nachhaltige Würze, ordentlicher, nicht sehr langer Abgang.
