Fairly cool, somewhat tart vegetal to herbaceous, nutty and hint of smoky yellow fruit on the nose, hint of vanilla. Polished, slightly warm citrus fruit with a delicate melt, a hint of nut butter and fennel, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty minerality, slightly roasted wood notes in the background, very good finish with bite.

Best to drink: Ende 2024 bis 2026. What our ratings mean
