Dark, somewhat vegetal to dried-herbal, nutty and hints of animal aromas with delicate floral hints and a hint of pepper, coffee and paprika. Partly boiled down, dark fruit with a slight acid bite, fine sandy tannin, some persistence, a hint of salt in the good finish.
