Restrained, yet firm, almost cool bouquet with fresh, fine planty and light yellow fruity aromas, herbs and minerality. Ripe, again bright, somewhat warm, noble and juicy fruit, very fine acidity and moderate grip, a little sweet melting, nutty hints, spicy nuances, clear, tart, salty and stony minerality, also mussel shells, in the background floral tones and tones reminiscent of red currants, lasting, still undeveloped, very good, grippy, slightly peppery finish. Needs to mature.
