Clear, polished, very slightly herbaceous bouquet with rather light yellow fruity aromas, floral nuances and minerality. Firmly woven, ripe, again rather bright fruit, planty to herbaceous, hints of floral and still a little yeasty tones, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, has power, melting, but also polish, minerality in the background, delicate nutty spiciness, certain depth, peppery nuances, very good, again firm finish with spiciness, melting and grip
