Editor note: Still undeveloped and somewhat yeasty, yet firm and deep, fine-vegetable fragrance with pome and stone fruit aromas, a hint of soup herbs and earthy minerality. Dense and juicy in the mouth, polished, ripe, somewhat melted fruit with still a little yeasty spice, very fine, lively acidity, herbal aromas, clear minerality and some pepper, persistent on the palate, elegant despite all its strength, delicate, cool oily notes, still little developed, certain depth, light tobacco nuances, a hint of spice, very good to long finish.
