Translate to English Fester, hefiger, speckiger, etwas nussiger und angetrocknet-vegetabiler Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen, Rauch und würziger Brotrinde. Recht saftige gelbe Frucht mit etwas Rauch und relativ viel gelber Würze, lebendige Säure und Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, muskatige Nuancen am Gaumen, hat Kraft, Substanz und festen Bau, ätherische Noten im Hintergrund, angedeutet schwarze Beeren, leicht wacholdrig, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, herb-saftiger und wieder ziemlich würziger Abgang mit rauchigen Noten.
