Quite polished, somewhat herbal scent of pome fruits and gooseberries with a little passion fruit, basil and a hint of celery. Firmly knit, ripe, tangy fruit, herbal-vegetable spice, fine, quite lively acidity and some grip, power and a certain warmth on the palate, good persistence, a hint of elderberry in the background, hints of yellow spice, nutty to lightly woody hints, a little salt, very good, quite juicy, again somewhat warm finish with some bite.
