Firm and quite deep, dried-herbal and slightly tobacco and barrel-spicy aroma with fine pome fruit and citrus notes, maritime flavours reminiscent of seaweed and mussel water, herbaceous sediment and minerality. Clear, firm, cool, fine, tart fruit, vegetal to herbal flavours, mussel meat and again oyster water, walnut and almonds on the palate, fennel seeds, citrus notes, a little smoke and bacon, hints of butter, persistent, certain depth, very good, fine-juicy finish, again with maritime and nutty tones.
