Quite deep, yeasty, somewhat herbaceous and delicately smoky aroma with yellow fruity aromas, almonds, hints of dark berries and a touch of lemon pepper. Firm and quite dense, tangy fruit with clearly ethereal notes, again almonds, pepper and a little wax, very fine mousseux, some bite, good substance and persistence, yeasty flavours, hints of brown butter in the background, some melting, but also grip, tobacco nuances, a little aniseed, very good, tight, tangy finish with nutty tones and a little ethereal spice, lemon pepper and a touch of egg white.
