Leicht süßliche, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht, wieder deutlich vegetabil und einen Hauch aschig, leichter Gerbstoff, feine Säure, etwas Wärme und Schmelz, nicht allzu tief, Kandisnoten im Hintergrund, ordentlicher, süßlicher und leicht warmer Abgang.
