Rebenhof Leiner

The winery is located in the municipality of Ilbesheim (Südliche Weinstraße area) in the German wine-growing region of Pfalz. The farm is managed by Dipl.-Ing. Timo Leiner, supported by his parents Dietmar and Sigrid Leiner. Holiday flats are also rented out. The vineyards cover 10 hectares of vineyards in the single vineyards Kalmit and Ritterberg (Ilbesheim), as well as Mütterle (Wollmesheim). They are planted with the white wine varieties Riesling, Silvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus and Muskateller, as well as with the red wine varieties Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Regent, Dornfelder, Blauer Portugieser and Dunkelfelder. The grapes, which are as healthy as possible, are processed gently. According to the philosophy of the winery, great importance is attached to the care of the vineyards by hand during the entire vegetation cycle, as well as to working according to non-invasive rules in the cellar with as few pumping processes and interventions as possible. Fining techniques are completely dispensed with. The two premium wines of the house are Riesling Kalmit Cabernet Sauvignon Mütterle. We also produce bottle-fermented sparkling wines, secco (sparkling wine), noble brandies from our own distillery (marc, yeast, fruit) and grape juice.
