Youthful, still a touch yeasty, hint of jammy aroma of ripe red and black berries with some smoky, floral and tobacco notes, a little bacon, bread crust and porcini mushrooms. Tart, quite taut fruit with smoky and peppery-spicy flavours, some wood and herbal tones, a certain acid bite, present, fine sandy tannins, black tea on the palate, some salt, also light tobacco bitterness, very good, tart-juicy and spicy finish with a lot of grip. Skilful and independent.
