Slightly more open, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous, almondy and hints of bacon pomaceous and stone fruit on the nose, with nuances reminiscent of Williams pears, root vegetables and orange blossom. Straightforward, rather slender fruit with nutty and yeasty flavours, lively acidity, has some grip, certain persistence, undergrowth in the background, hints of tobacco and ivy, good, only slightly brittle finish.
