Nutty and woody aroma of ripe black and a little red berries with plum notes, some maple and a little liquorice and tar in the background. Ripe, tangy fruit with smoky and toasty wood notes, some dried herbs, tobacco, undergrowth and dried mushrooms, crumbly-sandy tannin, some bite, a hint of ethereal in the background, very good, tart, very slightly drying finish.
