Clear, ripe, multi-layered scent of red and black berries with fine herbal aromas, some withered foliage, violets, tart spices and certain mineral notes. Polished, fairly cool and tart on the palate, quite complex, delicate nutty, understated and also mineral, some foliage, persistent on the palate, very fine tannins, best balance, almost weightless, very good finish. Still in excellent shape.

Editor note: Translate to English Deutlich gereifte, altholzige und vegetabile Nase mit tabakigen Aromen, Anklängen an schwarze und rote Beeren, getrockneten Steinpilzen sowie erdigen und ledrigen Tönen. Klar, kühl und feinsaftig im Mund, deutlich gereifte Frucht, deutlich Tabak und etwas kalte Zigarrenasche, feinsandiges Tannin, erdige bis mineralische Noten im Hintergrund, gute bis sehr gute Nachhaltigkeit, blüht mit Luft noch einmal auf, sehr harmonisch und animierend, sehr guter Abgang.
