2021 Côtes de Saint-Mont AOP Gros Manseng-Petit Courbu "PROJOE", South-west France, France

Cool, polished, restrained yellow-fruity nose with a little lime blossom and fine vegetable tones. Tart, finely juicy fruit, almondy-nutty tones, lime blossom again, then marjoram and dill, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, cool character throughout despite a certain alcoholic strength, maritime nuances, very good finish with ethereal traces.
