Clearly vegetal nose reminiscent of root vegetables with yeasty notes and restrained yellow fruity tones. Fine, very dry fruit, yeasty, vegetal and delicately nutty aromas, fine, creamy mousseux, delicately creamy on the palate, good persistence, a hint of protein, very good, again relatively creamy finish with a delicate grip.
