Reductive, somewhat yeasty and emphatically vegetal nose with earthy notes, a little pepper and restrained yellow-fruity hints. Quite dry, restrained fruit, clearly vegetal flavours, lively acidity and yeasty tones, some tannic grip, quite good persistence, bacony nuances, delicately creamy, good finish
