Translate to English Ganz leicht offene, hefige, erdige und vegetabile Nase mit gelbfruchtigen und gelb-gewürzigen Aromen, ein wenig Pfeffer und angetrocknet-floralen Nuancen. Fest und herb-saftig im Mund, reife Frucht mit viel Gerbstoff-Griff, gelber Würze, vegetabilen Aromen und heller, kreidig-erdiger Mineralik, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gute Substanz und gewisse Tiefe, hat Kraft, bleibt aber verhältnismäßig kühl, nussige Anklänge, ein Hauch Speck, sehr guter Abgang mit herbem Saft und Griff.
