Very delicate smoky-roasty scent of red and a little black berries with some coffee grounds and nutty tones as well as a hint of tar. Ripe, quite juicy, straightforward, very slightly warm fruit, some chocolaty and toasty wood, crumbly-sandy tannin, good persistence, has power, a little smoke and tar in the background, restrained ethereal spice, a hint of herbs, not too deep but very coherent, very good finish.

Best to drink: 2024-2030+. What our ratings mean
