Delicately smoky and nutty, also a hint of tobacco aroma of predominantly black berries with yeasty and hints of peppery notes. Dark fruit also in the mouth, again smoky, nutty and tobacco aromas, fine tannin and light tannic grip, persistent on the palate, hints of bacon, some dark spice, certain depth, firm structure, mineral hints, very good, tangy and spicy finish with pepper notes, bite and grip. Very skilful.
