A somewhat nutty, smoky, and quite distinctly vegetal core fruit aroma with tobacco hints and bright minerality. Straightforward, tart fruit with nutty-yeasty and slightly buttery tones, delicately smoky on the palate, fine vegetable notes, gentle grip and harmonious acidity, certain sustainability, good to very good finish.
