Restrained, tart, somewhat nutty and slightly root vegetable aroma with pears, earthy traces, delicate barrel tones and a little smoke. Tart, finely juicy, cool, tightly knit fruit, nutty tones, lively, fine acidity and grip, root vegetables again on the palate, quite clear minerality, good persistence, a hint of dark berries in the background, good to very good finish.
