Tart, somewhat dried-vegetable to herbal, also slightly nutty pome fruit scent with a little root vegetables and kohlrabi and a hint of tobacco. Calm, restrained, perfectly dry fruit, very fine acidity and delicate grip, a little white root vegetables and cauliflower on the palate, also fresh courgettes, slightly chalky, salty and tobacco in the background, good to very good finish.
