Somewhat vegetal and nutty, almost also a hint of tobacco with pome fruit notes, rice leaf, delicate crab meat and vegetal tones. Tart, tightly knit fruit, dried vegetal aromas again, plus nutty and very slightly smoky notes, moderate barrel tones, fine acidity and some grip, lasting, a hint of mushroom, with air also galia melon, then white pepper, some depth, good substance, quite clear minerality, very good finish.
