Relatively cool, quite polished, clear and firm bouquet with restrained yellow fruity and fine vegetal aromas as well as floral nuances, almonds, meadow flowers, delicate barrel tones and a little herbs. Ripe, somewhat melting and slightly warm fruit, nutty aromas and hints of yellow spice, moderate acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, vegetal and mushroomy hints, a touch of brown butter, hints of pine nuts, calm style, very good finish.
