Tart nose, light dried vegetal otes, red and black berries and some cherries, floral traces, light nutty notes, spik and some cocoa. Tart, fairly firm fruit on the palate, increasingly juicy with aeration, earthy notes, nutty oak, hint of tobacco, peppery traces, noticeable acid bite, hint of cocoa, good substance and persistence, noticeable warm alcohol, initially slightly brittle and austere, but much more approachable after several hours of aeration, gains depth and volume, very good, ripe, juicy, spicy finish.
