Cool, clearly yeasty nose with vegetal notes, some pomaceous fruit, red berry tones, floral and vegetal notes and citrus nuances. Quite firm, juicy fruit with nutty, delicately smoky-bacon and hints of yeasty spice, medium-fine mousse, a certain acid bite and hinted tannin backbone, good persistence, yeasty notes, delicately sweetish melting, hints of rock candy, good to very good finish.
