Clear, firm and polished, fine-vegetal to herbal nose with rather quiet yellow-fruity tones and a hint of tobacco. Fine, polished, again bright and initially rather restrained fruit, then increasingly pear and pineapple, nutty and delicately tobacco barrel tones, a hint of smoke, good persistence, very fine acidity, restrained power, certain minerality in the background, herbal hints, also floral traces, good depth, very good, quite firm finish. Needs to mature.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
